Non-exclusive vs. Excusive

Non-exclusive logo templates: Non-Exclusive logo templates are sold more than once. All Non-Exclusive logo templates are under the copyright protection of StrataCorporate. By purchasing a Non-Exclusive logo template, you accept that we may sell the same Non-Exclusive logo template again to a different client. You accept and understand that StrataCorporate has the full discretion to decide how many times a Non-Exclusive logo template is resold to the purchasing clientele.

Exclusive logo templates: Exclusive logo templates are sold ONLY once. By purchasing an Exclusive logo template all copyright ownership and rights are transferred to you and the Exclusive logo design is removed from our website immediately after files are delivered to you.

Acceptable Content

You may use our Services provided that your activities, site and/or content does not engage in or display any illegal, pornographic , or otherwise offensive nature. Any violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Registration

Certain sections of, or offerings from, the Site and Services may require you to register. If registration is requested, you agree to provide us with accurate, complete registration information. Your registration must be done using your real name and accurate information. Each registration is for your personal use only and not on behalf of any other person or entity. Payments

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from Merchants that (i) any credit information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.

Refund and Return Policy

StrataCorporate may refund your order minus a transaction fee of $5.00 USD if and ONLY if your download link has not been sent to you yet. Since our products are all digital files and there are no means of any actual goods being returned with the guarantee that the delivered files have been destroyed, therefore all sales are considered to be final and non-refundable once the download links have been emailed to the client.
